Recent letter received from a Local Authority near Manchester highlight the importance of the
work VCN is providing for teaching staff, in particular NQTs. From Trafford Council CYPS (near Manchester):

In particular Ged added:
“The voice training has met a gap in our CPD training. It seems that very little or no voice training takes place during teachers’ ITT. As the voice is such an essential tool for teachers, this training proved of great value. I have now passed the information to my colleague responsible for TAs. The VCN Tutor was excellent, all arrangements were made well and everything ran smoothly.
A really worthwhile session for NQTs”
