VCN is a learning organisation, generating and sharing knowledge. Learning from each other, adapting to change and keeping up with developments in relevant research.
We combine our skills to offer voice workshops for teachers and other occupational voice users.
In the nationwide membership of over 200 there are 100 highly experienced tutors who offer workshops locally.

The VCN Tutors :
The speech and language therapists specialise in voice disorders. All of them are members of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) and registered with the Health Professionals Council. They work in NHS and private heath care sector clinics, as well as independently. They have at least 3 years or more experience of work with voice disorders often in a specialist post. The Voice Teachers have wide experience in developing the speaking voice for theatre training, for preachers, speakers, managers and people who depend on their voice for effective oral communication. Many of the VCN voice teachers trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama. They have teaching qualifications, experience in school and with adults in professional training. - a few VCN tutors are experts in Alexander Technique and some in singing. Many voice teachers provide presentation and performance skills.
